GENERAL FUNCTION
A-To provide project management leadership, expertise and experience,
and training to project teams for initiating, planning,
guiding implementations and project completions.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage and control triple project constraints by ensuring project plans are implemented on schedule, within budget, and within scope.
- Incorporating project management administration with best practice methods and standards ensure consistency is applied effectively and is scalable to be administered across various sized projects
- Support consistent project management practices for Company, enabling project leaders to successfully deliver their promised value to their customers and ensures that effective project management is a core competency of Company
- Promote best practice standards and methodologies into a project management discipline through a comprehensive plan comprising education, training, and a set of guiding principles.
- Provide leadership for the improvement and expansion of Project Management through coordination and communication, standardization and measurement, and mentoring and coaching.
- Develop centralized database for effective knowledge sharing. A common accessible database will foster communications between departments, identify and verify dependencies, and increase awareness of resource commitments.
- Monitor our projects to verify that communication between project teams and customers is ongoing, relevant, and effective, and that project teams continue to deliver value to their customers despite changes in customer circumstances.
- Provide training, mentoring and coaching to project team through Training Unit.
- Extend training services to our clients. Our certified trainers will help train our clients to be the effective Knowledge Workers of tomorrows economy.
- Our Training Unit provides comprehensive and diverse training program to develop effective and productivity worker. These courses may also be customized to clients' need.
CORPORATE SERVICES
GENERAL FUNCTION
FINANCE
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage the records of collection payment
- To manange company Account and Other Financial Transaction
- To manage and monitor the budgets and expenses of Company
- To prepare and submit company Financial Statement for audit purposes timely.
- To prepare payment voucher to vendors, salary, staff allowances and others.
- To coordinate the preparation of budget and assist other departments in the preparation of their report for budget.
- To prosess payment all the company bill EPF, Socso, LHDN, PTPTN, Zakat-KIMB, T.Haji, Celcom,
- To monitor company expenses while preparing purchase order and making payments.
- To prepare report on closing account for the preparation of PSMB Yearly Annual Report.
- To liaise with external audit pertaining to company Yearly Annual Report.
ADMIN/PROCUREMENT
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage and handle all administration matters including purchasing, postal and courier, storekeeping, logistics, parking, safety & cleanliness of office space and maintenance of building.
- Pick-up all the incoming call

HR
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To handle and process salary, claim and overtime matters, bonuses and salary increment.
- To manage the day-to-day operations of human resources including recruitment, compile all record performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, wellness and health, employee welfare and other HR matters.
- To prosess all the company bill EPF, Socso, LHDN, PTPTN, Zakat-KIMB, T.Haji, Celcom,
- To arrange registration staff training with Organizer and process application with claim to HRDF
- To conduct investigation on employers' for the seturn reasons/report
SALES & MARKETING
GENERAL FUNCTION
A-Provide leadership and coordination of company sales and marketing functions.
B-Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy
C-Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activity against goals
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing functions
- Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology
- Direct and oversee the company marketing function to identify and develop new customers for products and services.
- Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing and new project development.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
- Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.
- Plan and coordinate public affairs, and communications efforts, to include public relations and community outreach.
- Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts.
- Participate in the development of new project proposals.
- Establish and implement short-and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
- Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials
- Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.
- Supervise the preparation, issuance and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs.
- Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors
- Recommended and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations.
- Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop 3 years business plans for the company.
- Establish and implement short-and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
