“Enabling coral luminescence” symbolizes the mission of eNCoral Digital Solutions Sdn. Being incorporated in 1993 with a paid-up capital of RM5 million, eNCoral is privately held and funded. The company set up could be traced back to 1983 when trading of computer hardware was the core business of the enterprise. Currently, eNCoral is one of the reputable local SMEs in Malaysia that offers software-based solutions and consulting services to customers who intend to transform themselves into fully functional e-businesses. The focused customers are from the Education, Health, and Banking Industries as well as Government Ministries and Agencies. Apart from having the headquarter located in Bandar Tasik Selatan, Kuala Lumpur, eNCoral maintains three other site offices in Penang, Johor and Sarawak to adequately cater for the needs of its clients. Since its establishment in 1983, eNCoral has built strong partnerships with world class global ICT corporations such as Oracle, IBM, F5, Extreme Networks, NetApp and had employed successful business processes and methodologies. As a result, eNCoral had achieved numerous awards and recognitions from both corporate sector and Government agencies such as Platinum Partner from Oracle 2009-2013, IBM Premier Business Partner 2012, Enterprise 50 and Industry Excellence Award 2003 from Ministry of International Trade and Industry Malaysia (MITI), among others.

Recently completed his PhD Management in 2014 and a Master Graduate of Physics from Ohio University, Ohio, USA, Dr. Azman Hussin started up the business in 1993. Dr. Azman monitors the overall company’s structure and operation, consultation services in IT and strategic planning and other corporate matters.
Throughout his 21-year tenureship with eNCoral, Dr. Azman has undertaken a lot of projects especially in training and consultation. Among the projects lead by him are:

Mohd Amin serves as Managing Director at eNCoral Digital Solutions. Before joining eNCoral (Previously known as Accurate Information Systems) in 1993, Mohd Amin was attached to Mesiniaga. Mohd Amin is a Graduate from New South Wales University, Australia in Civil Engineering. Before being named as Managing Director, Mohd Amin was eNCoral’s Sales Manager and was responsible for some of the company’s big scale projects such as Implementation of 900 Sun Workstations and Lotus Notes, UPM, Integrated Laboratory Management System, Hospital Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (HUKM), Sistem Maklumat Bersepadu (CIDB), Implementation of 900 Sun Workstations and Lotus Notes, UPM, VTLS VIRTUA Library System, UKM, Sistem Maklumat Bersepadu, Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), Oracle Financial Implementation, Universiti Islam Antarabangsa (UIA), ERP Implementation for Oracle Financial and Oracle HR, Takaful Nasional, eJKM, Kementerian Pembangunan Wanita dan Keluarga Malaysia (KPWKM), MPM eService Platform, Majlis Peperiksaan Malaysia, Sistem Maklumat Pelajar, Universiti Putra Malaysia, Integrated Legal Management System, and Jabatan Peguam Negara. During his years in eNCoral, Mohd Amin have attended numerous professional training courses and conferences, locally and internationally, such as IBM Systems Integration, Powerbase Selling – Holden Corporation program, Value-based Selling – Holden Corporation program, Sun Education Conference in San Francisco & Beijing, and OracleCRM sales training/Managing IT Contracts.


Rozita Radzuan acts as Director of Operations to oversee overall company’s operation and also to manage the Project Management Centre of Excellence (PMCoE), which is responsible in providing project management leadership, expertise and experience, including training to project teams for initiating, planning, guiding implementations and project completions. Rozita holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas State University, USA, and joined eNCoral in 1998. Rozita has a vast experience in managing software development projects including eJKM, Kementerian Pembangunan Wanita, Keluarga dan Masyarakat (KPWKM), Portal for Kementerian Luar Negeri (KLN), Sistem Maklumat Anggota Khidmat Sokongan (SMAKS) SPP, and Portal for Jabatan Penjara Malaysia. She is also a Senior Consultant who has been involved in various ICT Strategic Planning for government agencies such as SPRM (previously known as Badan Pencegah Rasuah (BPR)), Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Pelajaran (SPP), Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Awam (SPA) and Jabatan Perikanan Malaysia. Rozita is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), PIKOM Project Leadership Certification (Regular) and a member of Project Management Institute (PMI). Her main interest is in IT Project Management, ICT Strategic Planning, Business Process Analysis and Change Management.


Previously serving as Technical Manager, Ahmad Fazli Adha Zainol is a graduate from University Tun Abdul Razak (UniTAR) in Bachelor of Information Technology. He joined eNCoral in 2001. Prior to eNCoral, he worked with various IT-based companies. Fazli is a Sun Certified Professional (SCSA, SCNA), ITIL Certified, IBM Certified Specialist (System X), Certified Datacenter Professional (CDCP), as well as the Project Management Institute’s member, bearing the ID #1188633. Fazli’s technical credential comes with vast experience in System, Networking and Management of Information Systems. Among the expertise possessed by Fazli are Server and Internet Services, Network Infrastructure, Network Security, Storage Architecture, Virtualization, Datacenter Design, ICT consultation, and many others. During his years in eNCoral, Fazli has secured, managed and implemented several number of projects, winning him the “eNCoral Most Promising Project Manager of the year award” in 2011. Joining eNCoral in 2003 as Oracle Service Manager, Mahfuzal has a bag full of expertise in Oracle. A graduate in Information Technology from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), Mahfuzal was promoted to the Technical Director position in 2011. Mahfuzal headed the technical operations of the company, iProServ Department, specialized in Oracle Support and Services. As a Technical Director, Mahfuzal current responsibilities are Pre Sales Consultant, Pre Sales for Oracle E-Business Solution, Technical Consultancy on Oracle CRM e-commerce, Consultation on Oracle Core Technology, Technical Support on Oracle Core Technology. Mahfuzal acquires a vast knowledge in Oracle products such as Oracle 7 Database Administration, Tuning, Backup & Recovery, Oracle 11i E-Business Suite Technology Stacks, Oracle Application Server Development & Configuration, Oracle 9iAS Technology Stacks, Oracle Developer Release 2.1 Development, Deployment & Server Administration, and many others. Among the projects undertaken by Mahfuzal are Project Technical Consultant of HUKM Integrated Lab Management System (Oracle), Technical Support for Celcom Prepaid System (Oracle), Data Conversion for PPZ (Ingres to Oracle), and Technical Support (Oracle Core Technology Products) for all ANSI Berhad’s customers throughout Malaysia.



Mr. Mohd Taib Pardi has more than twenty-four 24 years of working experiences.  His professional career development starts at Celcom for 12 years, primarily in ICT areas and later, in corporate strategy department. While in IT Division, he has managed several ICT initiatives such as Data Warehouse & Business Intelligent project, Billing and Customer Service for international assignment, nationwide Intranet project and IT Network Enhancement project. He joined eNCoral Digital Solutions Sdn. Bhd. in 2002. Although his main involvement was in the Software Development team, he was also involved in several consultancies projects mainly in ICT Strategic Planning and Balanced Scorecards projects. He went to UK during the period of 2003 to 2007. Upon returning from UK, he re-joined eNCoral as Senior Consultant to oversee Software Development Department. In 2010, he was assigned to oversee the HR operation, and recently, he was re-designated as Consulting and Training manager – as a business unit. Mr. Mohd Taib gained his consulting experiences during his interaction with international consultant during his tenure-ship at Celcom. With eNCoral, he has involved in several Balanced Scorecard development projects such as for USM, UTM, UMP, Qatar Charity and QTel (Qatar Telco). He was a lead consultant in the development of Parliament Malaysia ISP (2010) , and project manager for BSC automatization using Hyperion at UTM (2009). He obtained a bachelors degree in Mathematics with Computer Science option from University of Colorado, USA in 1990. In Nov 2014, he received MBA in Strategic Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He is currently a PSMB Certified Trainer.


Mr Rosli Amir has more than eighteen (18) years of working experience in Information Technology Industry covering Operations, Software Development, IT Infrastructures, System Intergration, Data Migration, Data Conversion, Legacy System Migration, Research and Development, and IT Consulting. He possesses very vast experiences in software development life cycle which include user requirement study, system analysis, system flow, database design, erd, prototyping, programming, user acceptance test, final acceptance test. Mr Rosli has also a vast working experience in database/tables migration and conversion, and system integration. He is considered as an expert in ASP.net, VB.net, Visual Basic, Php, Oracle, Mysql and Ms Sql Server. Besides his technical abilities, Mr Rosli has an extensive experience in Project Management, Business Solutions & Business Development. He has managed multi-million dollar projects and led development and project / contract implementation teams. His domain knowledge includes Government Relations, its business and cultural ethics.

CORRAD is 100% open source product running on PHP as the backbone language without any third party technology. CORRAD supports leading databases such as MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle RDBMS, Sybase. Other databases could be used as we can create the database classes for the data access.

Encoral Digital Solutions Sdn Bhd provides online shopping facility via its eCommerce portal, eStore ANSI. The portal is accessible at http://estore.ansi.com.my.
